Canadian Foundation For Aids Research
CANFAR, the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research, is a national charitable foundation whose goal is to raise awareness in order to generate funds for research into all aspects of HIV infection and AIDS. CANFAR is dedicated to finding a sustainable end to the AIDS pandemic by supporting research.
The Foundation Fighting Blindness
The Clearview Institute proudly donates to the foundation via our various social media platforms throughout the year. The foundation’s vision is to restore sight to people living with genetic forms of blindness. Their mission is to find the causes, treatments and ultimately the cures for retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration and related retinal diseases by supporting research and public awareness.
Cycle For Sight
Cycle for Sight is a cycling fundraiser in support of The Foundation Fighting Blindness, Canada’s leading charity funding vision research to find treatments and cures for blindness.The Clearview Institute has our very own team called “I See Hope” which participate each year for this wonderful worthy cause.
Niagara Warehouse Of Hope
Under the sponsorship of Lions Eyecare International, Clearview Institute is involved in projects that help those in need. The Clearview Institute proudly donates hundreds of pairs of used eyeglasses for reuse in poor areas.
